Tara Smith is the Office Manager at Trademark Dance Academy—but to most, she’s simply known as everyone’s “studio mom.” A dance mom of 22 years and the proud mother of Miss Emma and Miss Julia, Tara has been a constant presence at TDA since its very first season. Though this is her first official year on staff, her impact behind the scenes has been felt for over a decade. With three daughters raised in the dance world, Tara knows exactly what families need—whether it’s finding the right class, navigating competition season, or simply offering a warm smile on a tough day. Her deep knowledge of the studio, endless patience, and genuine love for every dancer and parent make her an irreplaceable part of the TDA family.
