Covid-19 reopening information...

Anyone who enters the building MUST wear a mask in the common areas such as the lobby, restrooms & breakroom. 


If your dancer has 1 class they will exit through the room that they are dancing in & a staff member will walk them to the front of the building. 


Parents of dancers who are ages 5 & up are not permitted to enter to limit the amount of people in the building. 


Temperature Check-

  •  A  staff member will greet your child at the front entrance to check temperatures 

  •  We will use a  touchless thermometer

  • Clean after procedure 

  • Any dancer who has a temperature above 100.4°F should be sent home immediately and not allowed to return until they have no fever and no evidence of COVID-19 symptoms.


Symptom Check- Ask each dancer entering the studio the following questions:

  • Do you have a cough or shortness of breath?

  • Do you have a fever?

  • Have you been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms for COVID-19 within the past 14 days? Fever; chills; muscle pain, headache; sore throat; loss of taste or smell

  • Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined?


Handwashing/ Sanitizing - 

  • Hand sanitizing stations are posted throughout the studio 

  • Wash with soapy, warm water, for a minimum of 20 seconds will be required 



  • The studio will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected daily. We will disinfect all surfaces. 

  • We are using disinfectants that are EPA - registered and labeled as bactericidal, virucidal and fungicidal. 

  • All door handles and other surfaces that are regularly touched by dancers and staff will be cleaned and wiped with disinfectant wipes and alcohol. 

  • Employees frequently wipe down the surfaces such as  phones, stereo, mats and other equipment 


Lobby / Reception area

  • All unnecessary items such as magazines, newspapers and any other unnecessary paper products and decor will be removed.  All seats and tables will be thoroughly cleaned. 

  • All retail areas will be cleaned and disinfected daily. Merchandise will be purchased curbside only. 


  • ALL restroom surfaces including floors, sinks and toilet bowls will be cleaned and disinfected frequently. 

Social Distancing 

  • Limit people in the studio - The studio lobby area and back locker room will be closed. It is recommended that dancers wait outside the studio in their vehicle until a member of our staff  is ready to allow them to enter the building. 

  • Maintain Social Distancing at all times! Spacing between persons in the studio should be at least six feet. 

Dancer Protocol 

  • Please wait in the car until someone is out front to greet you. Please line up outside of the studio to have your temperature taken. Used marked places for lining up. 

  • Pick up for dancers will be in the front parking lot 

  • Sanitize hands before entering the studio 

  • Go directly to the studio; have any dance items you may need and be dressed in your dance attire. Please take any items home with you. 

  • Do not hug any fellow students or faculty. 

  • Bring your own water (labeled with your dancers name) the water fountain will be closed for use. NO food to be eaten inside the studio - you may eat outside in the back of the studio. 

  • The dancer must wipe the section of the barre that they used between each use.
